Is There a Moral Law?

I read C. S. Lewis' book that came out of these broadcast talks in college, and his insight and ability to explain complex truths in an easy way has changed my life for the better.

There clearly is no "moral law", as events in the Middle East have amply demonstrated.

Despite calls from "leaders" at Davos this week to ban autonomous weapons, I believe that the killer robots under development are necessary to end the mayhem that Islamic terrorists have been causing.

Perhaps once they are reduced to shreds, we can consider banning further deployment.

I hope there is a moral law. Otherwise there's no use in reasoning. I'm wasting my breath trying to convince people of good policy or good acts since there are no "good" anythings.

But, I get your point, Max. This world is really screwed up.
